Can I meet the trainer?
While we understand the desire to meet the person who will be working closely with your puppy, we have designed our program to prioritize the privacy and security of our trainers. Instead, we offer a transparent window into the training process via our Puppy Kindergarten® Web Portal. Here, you can engage with the trainer, view regular updates, photos, and videos, and see firsthand the environment and methods being used.
Can I visit my puppy while they are in training?
To maintain the consistency of the training environment and respect the privacy of our trainers, we do not offer in-person visits during the training period. However, the Puppy Kindergarten® Web Portal will keep you closely connected, with regular updates, photos, and videos of your puppy's progress.
Can I visit the home of the trainer to see where they will be trained?
Our training takes place in the actual homes of our trainers, ensuring a warm, real-world environment. To respect their privacy, we don't offer home visits. However, the Puppy Kindergarten® Web Portal provides visual insights into the training environment through regular videos and photos.
Can I talk with the trainer on the phone?
We've centralized all communication through the Puppy Kindergarten® Web Portal, which offers a 24/7 messaging feature. This ensures efficient, documented communication and allows you to interact directly with the trainer whenever needed.
How do pick up and drop offs work? Do you have a physical retail location?
We chose to forgo a physical retail location in favor of a more personal, home-based training approach. Most classes start on Sundays with pickups/drop-offs free within 15 minutes of our Mooresville, NC location. For other arrangements, we offer doorstep delivery with charges based on distance.
Do I have to pay for vet visits?
Owners can provide a negative fecal test within a week of the training start date. Alternatively, our Wellness Program covers a Pup Check to ensure all puppies are healthy, protecting both incoming pups and existing ones. The cost of this program covers vet visits and ensures your puppy's health is a top priority.
What if my puppy needs a booster vaccine during training?
Our Wellness Program includes a second vet visit that covers the cost of booster vaccines. This ensures puppies, especially younger ones, stay up-to-date with their vaccines during their stay.
Do I need to provide dog food?
Yes, to ensure dietary consistency and avoid any potential stomach issues, owners are asked to provide their puppy's regular food.
What if my puppy has special needs or I have specific training requests?
Every puppy is unique, and we embrace that! If your puppy has specific needs or you have particular training goals in mind, please let us know during the Free Evaluation Call. Our trainers are skilled in various techniques and will work with you to ensure your puppy's individual requirements are addressed.
What kind of support can I expect after my puppy completes the training?
Upon completion, we provide one month of free virtual support to help with the transition and address any queries. This ensures a smooth transition as your puppy adjusts to its home environment. Additionally, our trainers and support team are always here for guidance, ensuring lasting success beyond the training period.
