Puppy Kindergarten® Board and Train Refund Policy

For our Puppy Kindergarten® Board and Train service, all fees are prepaid. Refunds can be given for any training time not used. If you decide to cancel the training program before its completion, you will be refunded for the remaining training time.

Puppy Kindergarten® Academy Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our Puppy Kindergarten® Academy program. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days of your purchase, The "Puppy Kindergarten® Academy" doesn't show you exactly how to potty train your puppy, pave the way for you to own a puppy that sleeps peacefully through the night in a crate without any potty accidents and is housebroken long term, and fails to help you simply enjoy your puppy as a new member of the family without the stress of feeling like you need a dog training certification to be successful, we will refund your full purchase price, no questions asked, and no hard feelings.

Please note that this refund policy is only applicable to the Puppy Kindergarten® Academy program and not the Puppy Kindergarten® Board and Train service.
